The Internet Research Ethics Study Group
The IRE Study Group is comprised of highly knowledgeable researchers and ethics board members from across the US and abroad. The Study Group is a growing, evolving group of individuals who have expertise in Internet research ethics, and they are here to respond to questions and issues through professional advice and guidance for researchers, ethics boards, research participants, and others needing specific research ethics advice.
Many members of the Study Group participated in Buchanan and Ess’s training sessions for IRBs, conducted during NSF project #064591.
Individuals interested in learning more about possibilities for serving on the Study Group should contact Elizabeth Buchanan at elizabeth [at] internetresearchethics [dot] org.
